  • How long does it take for my order to be processed?
    Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, as each of our handmade candles is meticulously crafted in small batches to ensure the utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Will I receive tracking information for my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival.
  • Can I update my order?
    If you need to modify your order, email us at luxeandlush.co@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can! Depending on how far along your order is in the processing queue, we might be able to accommodate.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • What is the shipping schedule for orders?
    Once your order has been processed, shipping orders are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday. This schedule ensures your candles reach you promptly and in optimal condition. Orders placed after the processing period will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
  • How are shipping rates determined?
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to provide fair and competitive rates to enhance your Luxe & Lush experience.
  • How does local pickup work?
    For local pickup in the Dallas area, we will arrange a convenient pickup time and provide you with all the necessary details via email. This allows you to collect your handcrafted candles in person at your convenience.
  • What is the process for returns/refunds for damaged products?
    If you receive a damaged product, please send a detailed email to luxeandlush.co@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damaged and unused product(s). Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on the return/refund process.
  • How long does the refund process take?
    Once your return is approved, please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
